Could this rack on a real bench setup? My son wants to lift with us and I'd love to give him the full experience and teach form early on.

It's probably too short to rack it in a real bench set up. Maybe you could make one with pvc or something.

Is this good for a 7 year old?

It might be a little immature for a 7 year old. I got it for a 3 year old as a gift and i think it’s probably best for 3-5.

Is this supposed to come with the collars? I see them in every photo, but they are missing form the box. :(
