Can it be used as a bench too? To lie in and use dumbbells?

Absolutely, I put my mat on top of the step and lie on it to do my weights. I also do press ups on it so has a variety of uses. I love it.

Is this an original Reebok step

I can’t remember that far back but my understanding is that it is the original reebok step and come with the Step DVD. I bought it to use for LES Mills Body Pump.

No dvd in the box. what is the link to download it please

The DVD is only with the Blue & White version. You can find the original workout video and many more on You Tube. https://youtu.be/_IpJM29PJR4
