There is nothing on the outside of the package saying anything about your question. I use this product, and find it softens my skin, helps my knees, and makes my complexion 'fresh' looking. Worth a try!

what is the difference between the collagen powder and collagen capsule that you provide?

From all of my research physicians have said that when you apply Collagen topically it just sits on the skin and “fills in”, but does not actually penetrate the skin as we would believe it too. Taking the powder will work from the inside out. I have taken the tablets (not this brand) in the past and it did work wonders and then I stopped. However I am 54 now and have the skin of a 30 year old and I’m a heavy smoker
