Premium, filler-free immune support, but absolutely do not take on an empty stomach.
Pure Encapsulations is widely considered the gold standard for clean, hypoallergenic supplements, and this Zinc is no exception. I threw a banana in the picture for scale—and while bananas are great for potassium, this tiny bottle is exactly what you need when you feel a cold coming on and need an immune boost. WHY IT EXCELS: • It is completely free of unnecessary binders, magnesium stearate fillers, and artificial allergens. You are just getting highly bioavailable zinc that your body can actually absorb. • The capsules are incredibly small, making them remarkably easy to swallow even if you generally hate taking pills. CRITICAL USAGE WARNING: • This is 30mg of highly absorbable zinc. If you take this on an empty stomach, you will experience a wave of intense, sudden nausea within 20 minutes. This isn't a defect of the product; it is simply a biological reality of how concentrated zinc interacts with gastric acid. You absolutely must take this in the middle of a full meal. THE BOTTOM LINE: The absolute highest quality zinc supplement on the market, provided you strictly follow the rule of taking it with food.

First thing every morning
I have read about the benefits of taking zinc to lower my cortisol levels. As with their other products, Pure Encapsulations Zinc is exactly what I was looking for in terms of form and dose, and it digests easily. Good stuff!

I like the Pure brand vitamins
I take zinc at night to help me sleep. It seems to help but I also take it with a vitamin d and magnesium.
