First few times I used this you could feel the buzz\tingling though arms, after taking for a few days I didnt notice as much but was still getting the benefit in the gym. This helped me push to my next level which is what I wanted. Price was fair for what you get. Flavour was fine it's no like some that can be chalky or leave odd taste in your mouth I quite enjoyed drinking this. This was very effective for me and would recommend to anyone.

Tried strawberry and lime and the blue raspberry versions. Personally prefer the strawberry and lime. Quite synthetic tasting but don't think that can be avoided with this type of product. Does what it should though.

This formula is excellent , its the only pre workout that can compete with the other I use (No Explode, BSN) far better than ON gold and the like.

3 stars for the taste. Tried strawberry and fruit punch, and neither are pleasant. So sweet and soapy, it puts me off this stuff. Bulk can definitely do better. On the positive side, ingredients seem very good without a hundred additives, the caffeine and tingling hit pretty quickly and last for a couple of hours after the workout. Dope definitely elevates blood pump and heart rate so even for a groggy morning it works; yet for a workout, not sure how effective and safe it will be in the long run.

Truly does not break keto and tastes good!

I'm not a great fun of pre-workout solutions. I tried caffeine and it made the skin on my hands peel off like an anxiety response, so I started testing pre-workout. Up till now, I haven't found a product that actually made the difference. That of course, was before finding Bulk's Dope Pre-WO. I like its taste (if you're into sour candies, this won't disappoint you). I feel it kicks in while I'm walking to the gym as my skin starts to tickle. I feel I have more energy when I'm working out and I can lift more than usual. It's easy to prepare, as one scoop in a mixer along with water does the trick. The reason for the 4 stars is I'm a bit worried that my skin tickling could become a "problem" soon.

Löst sich super, schmeckt gut, knallt ohne Ende. Wer nichts gegen ein dezentes bizzeln unter der Haut hat wird mit dem Zeug mehr als zufrieden sein.

Das Pre-Workout wirkt wirklich gut und liefert einen deutlichen Energy-Boost für das Training. Allerdings weiß ich nicht genau, warum ich bei der vollen Portion ein starkes Kribbeln bzw. Jucken im Körper verspüre. Ich musste die Dosis reduzieren, um diese Nebenwirkungen zu vermeiden. Mit einer kleineren Menge funktioniert es deutlich besser und gibt dennoch genug Fokus und Energie. Insgesamt ein wirksames Produkt, aber man sollte auf die persönliche Verträglichkeit achten.
